At Mars By GHC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion item doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Place the item in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure it passes our quality inspection.

  Schedule Pickup

  Choose a convenient time slot for our courier partner to collect the package from your registered shipping address.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
